As a natural supplement, Shilajit should be taken every other day and in cycles. This helps the body not get acclimated to the substance and receive the benefits.

Start with a pea-sized portion (200mg) and dissolve in warm water or beverage. Take one to 3 times a day on alternative days for best results. DO NOT exceed the recommended dosage.
